Quickpoint

Can anyone tell me how to quickpoint? My kit says it is done like a large cross stitch, not needlepoint. How do I prepare the canvas? Do I put it in an embroidery hoop? and tape the edges? I am making a pillow top. Thanks. Lisa Continue

Ladybug

Being new here i'm not so known with this things. I love needlepoint and most of all the crossstitch. Relaxtion and Crafts

Okay so I know a lot of people use crafting as a way to relax and let go of there stress. I on the other hand do not do that. I can not "craft it up" when I am stressed. I have actually not done any crafts for over two months due to stress. When I stress all I think about is the stress that is stressing me out. So I can't focus on anything else. If only puppies could have rosie cheeks... <3

So I'm sitting around watching Good Eats with Alton Brown (one of my favvvvvvorite shows) messing around with my felt and needle. Thinking at the time that puppies are cute. I'll make a puppy. patchwork

i am planning on doing 2 patchworks at the moment, 1 cot quilt for my 1st grandchild whenever tat will be and one made from all my husbands old jeans that i found when we moved house. lol Any suggestions on what shapes the jeans one should be made from? i just cant decide. Patch Making!

I've been working on getting back into my needlework. I plan on making patches for a while. I really just enjoy making them. ^_^ There are several people who have asked me to make them patches so I will be busy for a while. So I have started making lil' monster style patches. There so cute.
