Relaxtion and Crafts

Okay so I know a lot of people use crafting as a way to relax and let go of there stress.
I on the other hand do not do that. I can not "craft it up" when I am stressed. I have actually not done any crafts for over two months due to stress.

When I stress all I think about is the stress that is stressing me out. So I can't focus on anything else.
